How can I pay?
Purchases made on this Website can be paid by credit or debit card.

Is it safe to order online?
Buying online make us feel a little less confident than buying in a street shop but things have changed and improved.
We have tried to make our Website as simple and secure as possible, using the latest encryption methods to ensure that your card details stay safe as you shop. The website uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details.


Is it safe to use my payment card on your website?
Payments on our website are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal, who are a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Providers. Your card data is not stored, and your contact information is encrypted.

Do you have a store?
We only have an online retail store.

Do you offer click and collect?
Click and collect is not currently part of our service.

What if an item is out of stock?
We offer the option to pre-order many items which are not currently in stock. If you see a product you like on the website that is out of stock, please contact us for more information on when the item will be available.

I cannot find an item I have seen previously, do you still have it?
If something has been removed from our site, this usually means it is out of stock and we won’t be making any more of it. However, it may still be worth contacting us as we may be able to track it down for you.

Can I add items to an existing order?
No, once an order has been placed, unfortunately we cannot change it. If you would like to purchase additional items, please place another order on the website.

What are your delivery costs?
We provide free UK mainland delivery on all our orders except for Fine Art. For orders outside of the mainland UK please contact us to enquire.

Do you deliver internationally?
We currently are delivering to UK mainland. We are now also shipping 180+ products to USA, Canada, Japan, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia.

If you have an enquiry about International deliveries please contact us. Please, remember that international deliveries (outside the UK) may entail additional costs than those described on the present terms and conditions (eg. customs & duties) that must be paid by the customer at the destination.

What delivery companies do you use?
All UK orders are shipped via the UK Royal Mail Service and DHL. Courier companies are used for International shipping.

How do I return my order?
For all information on returning an order placed with us, please refer to our Returns Policy Page.

I want to change my order, can you help?
If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. Unfortunately after your order has been dispatched we are able to make changes.

Will I be notified when my order is on its way?
We will notify you via your chosen method of communication as soon as your item has been shipped, along with your tracking code if there is one.

My order has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post after you have been informed of its dispatch, please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot refund you or resend your purchase until the investigation has been concluded. However we will keep you informed throughout the process.
