Shipping and Production

We are currently shipping to the UK mainland and most of our products to the USA, Canada, Japan, Italy, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia.

We include free delivery to UK mainland for all products except Fine Artwork. We use UK Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 which means your delivery should reach you either within 24 hours or 48 hours after fulfilment.

Shipping to USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada is usually, 3 to 17 working days.

Shipping to Ireland, Italy Netherlands, Japan, Spain and Sweden is usually, 3 to 17 working days.

Delivery times, including Next Day delivery, are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

If you would like to inquire about other International orders, please contact us, as these can often be arranged.  

Import regulations and duty

Delivery outside the UK may attract local tax duty to pay, which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of Long Studio Design.

If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

For international orders or large/bulky packages within the UK, we ship via FedEx, DHL, TNT or similar service as the international delivery option. This service includes detailed tracking and guaranteed speedy delivery.
Shipping costs and time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

The customer must provide us with a correct and complete delivery address. In the event that this is not the case, we are not liable for attributable delays. In this case, if the transport company returns his order, the customer will not be able to cancel their order.


At Long Studio Design, we use manufacturers where every product is handmade to ensure the highest quality.
Most of our items are handmade for us to our original designs. All our items (except the Hammam towels and burr wood boxes) are handmade to order in the UK.

The following products take on average 3-10 working days to make. However, this varies from product to product. In rare cases when an item needs to be re-made, this may take an additional 1-2 days.
Please note that we do try to have some items in stock for immediate dispatch.

For many of our products, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Production times are dependent on the product. These time frames are approximate and do not include delivery times.

We may make it possible to order items through our website before we have them in stock (“Pre-Order Items”).
When you order Pre-Order Items:
(a) they will typically be delivered within forty (40) days or less of the date of your Order Confirmation, however this may vary
(b) we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation when we have sent the Pre-Order Items out to you
(c) they may be delivered in separate packages, and at different times, to any other items which you order

The artworks are completed and available for immediate shipping. Please contact us for prices. Shipping costs are not included in the price.
Commissions of the ‘Stripes Series’ can be undertaken. Please contact us for a quotation and approximate delivery times.

We will send you an email to let you know when your order has been sent out and this will contain a link to track it if it is been sent using a tracked service.

Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.



After a successful payment, customers who purchase this product are automatically emailed a download link and the order is marked as fulfilled.

This option is used for entirely digital products, such as a PDF.
